By accessing or using Rankly AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of service

Rankly AI provides a community-powered leaderboard ranking AI models based on community votes, quality assessments, and other criteria. Rankings are editorial opinions and do not constitute professional advice. All scores and rankings may change at any time.

3. User conduct

When using Rankly AI, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate rankings or votes through automated means or coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Create multiple accounts to cast duplicate votes
  • Scrape or harvest data without prior written permission
  • Use the Service to harm, defame, or harass any AI company or individual
  • Submit false or misleading information in reviews or contact forms
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

4. Intellectual property

All content on Rankly AI, including text, scores, graphics, and methodology descriptions, is owned by Rankly AI unless otherwise noted. Model names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without attribution and a link back to the original page.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

  • Rankings are complete, accurate, or current at all times
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained from using the Service will meet your requirements

Rankings are editorial opinions and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on our rankings.

7. Third-party links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites including the AI models we review. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Inclusion in our rankings is not an endorsement.

8. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
