I'm a graphic designer and was scared this would replace me. now I just use it and I'm twice as fast
the photorealism mode is genuinely crazy. someone asked me what camera I used on a midjourney image
@drifting_kev the web interface is way better now! had no idea until last month honestly
image quality is undeniable. but being stuck on discord for most things is weird in 2026
@the_real_yuki the cref parameter helps a lot for consistent characters across different scenes
character consistency is still hit or miss. really hoping v7 improves this
@br4in_rot there are entire youtube channels just for MJ prompt engineering. it's a real separate skill
people seriously underestimate how much prompting matters. took me a full month to get consistent results
@k0ji_ the sref parameter alone is worth the subscription. brand consistency is finally actually doable
v6 style references are a game changer. I can match any aesthetic now with just 2-3 example images
